i've been wanting to write the dirty jobs on discovery channel. it's hosted by mike rowe who is hands-on the jobs which are grimy and/or dirty from a clay jug potter to mud tank and fuel tank and skull cleaner to owl vomit collector to garbage and sewer collector to septic tank cleaner to charcoal factory worker. any slimy, dirty job that you can think of. i just caught the replay of the 100th dirty job episode last night.
the first time i caught this show on tv was during the summer when i had all the time in the world to watch whatever i can, however late it was.
mike was really somebody to be admired because he is not your regular show host. he is really hands on and he doesn't mind how dirty and stinky the job is because that's his job...to show to the viewers how dirty these real people's jobs are. the show's crew is really something too because these people get dirty too, literally.
thanks to these people because they do the dirty jobs for us. especially for those with house help, you should be grateful to these people because even if you pay them, they are doing the jobs you don't want to do.
watch the show sometime and it will make you realize that you are lucky to not be doing these jobs. it airs every monday, 10pm on discovery channel.
