for almost 3 weeks now, i have been having interrupted sleep. i could sleep as early as 9pm. the problem is i wake up at around 2 or 3am, then have a hard time sleeping again. by the time i fall asleep again, it’s already time to wake up. arghh!
i am not stressed, i am not worried about anything, i feel ok. i just don’t understand why this was happening to me.
after some thinking, i resolved to remove caffeine in my system - no more coffee, tea and soda.
then, lately i’ve discovered nescafe relax. whoever thought of this decaffeinated coffee with chamomile extracts is an angel. i don’t know if it’s the nescafe relax or what but i’ve taken it yesterday and for the first time in 3 weeks, i’ve had an ininterrupted sleep from 11:30pm-5:30am which is in itself an achievement. i will try drinking it again tomorrow and see what happens. the only problem with nescafe relax is it’s too sweet (maybe because of the chamomile). anyhow, it helped me get some sleep so it’s good for me.
for those who have insomnia or interrupted sleep, try nescafe relax. (nestle should pay me for this advertisement of their product, hehehe).
