i am officially on summer break right now, yahoo! after the 1st week, the fun wears off and i get bored. lucky me i have the cabled TV, my internet-connected laptop...and my latest gadget, the PSP. it's not exactly new because i got it a month ago, i just haven't had the time to write my thoughts about it during the busy-closing-semester time. now that i have all the time in the world, i am sharing it with you.
it's a gift from a friend who is on scholarship in japan when she spent her spring break here. it's the lavender-purple edition. well, this friend of mine doesn't know much about gadgets so she didn't know that there was no memory card installed. i bought one as soon as she gave the PSP to me, together with a bunch of other stuff like screen protector, etc. the memory card that i bought came with free game downloads. and i'm so so thankful that i got to include the god of war. it's an extremely engaging, action-filled, sometimes gory, game. and i am happy to announce that i am now in the last stage of the game - the battle with persephone.
i know it's a bit strange for many that i enjoy gadgets like this one which is normally enjoyed by guys. well, let's not be sexist. why did you think sony came up with this pastel color edition of PSP? because they know that females can have as much fun as the males too.
i have other games too like harry potter (the controls are a bit confusing and kinda boring), ratatouille (this game i enjoyed at first but my fingers were swollen from controlling), miami vice (i only got to play it twice, enough of it after those two), and super collapse 3 (i got addicted to it also. i just couldn't finish the very last part because it is so fast). and i got the shrek racing game which i never win so i don't play it that much.
my PSP is heaven-sent. i am enjoying it. i am not addicted to it because i only play it during my idle and/or boring moments. i can lend it to whoever wants to borrow (my nieces mostly).
anyway, just sharing my thoughts. i hope i finish the battle with persephone before the battery empties.
